I need to get a new power supply buy i’m not exactly which one i’m supposed to get. Are all power supplies compatible with all computers or do i need a specific one with specific plugs and cables. I have a dell dimension e510.

If i purchase one of those backup power supplies that is used to give a few hours of power for computers in case of a blackout, can I charge it and bring it outdoors (camping trip) and power a television? If the power wattage matters or a specific power supply is needed, please clarify!
